Geonics EM-31Our process combines our vast levee study experience with the newest technology. However, technology is not utilized experimentally – every “new” method and process is extensively tested and is only adopted when we are absolutely certain the results will be sound.

In 2004, we updated our instrumentation to the digital version of Geonics’ EM-31. Its output was enhanced with a Trimble GPS unit, with sub meter accuracy. Due to CSI’s unique levee studies, Geomar, the company that developed the EM-31 software, developed a customized program that offers data in a straightforward and accurate manner.

Our vast experience also means we have comparative data from past studies, which is invaluable when assessing the results of your levee’s study.
